Notes:

1.        Provide the “name” and “breed” of the horse for each item.

2.        Provide ring size for a wide band ring.

3.        Provide length, in inches for bracelets by measuring around the wrist without any slack using a cloth tape.

4.        Place hair from each horse in a separate plastic baggie and mark with the name of the horse.

5.        Mail horsehair certified mail, return receipt to PO Box shown above.

6.        Send personal check or postal money order payable to Suzanne Storms, VHJ.
